Finding ourselves in Florida for some logistics in Miami, we decided to stay down in the Keys for a complete change of pace. We rented a home on a canal in Islamorada in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the back deck every morning for coffee has been just about perfect.

After coffee, its on to yoga, followed by a kayak trip to explore the mangroves and beyond.
